Here is a homemade herbal tea recipe that will accompany you during your bath.

I've been drinking this herbal tea for ages. I even included it in a family recipe book that I created for my family in 2019. This is to tell you how much I have revered it for a long time. I call this herbal tea my flu herbal tea, because it has always helped me prevent or defy nasty winter viruses. For those who have difficulty falling asleep, I assure you that it causes drowsiness. I consume it just before going to bed.
Ingredients:
- 250 ml of boiling water
- 2 tbsp. tablespoons of vanilla rooibos herbal tea (without flavoring, adding a small piece of vanilla pod to taste)
- 1/2 tsp. teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/4 tsp. teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/3 cinnamon stick or tsp. teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 5 cloves
Preparation:
In a tea cup, add the boiling water and the rest of the ingredients to the infuser.
Leave to infuse for 5 minutes.
Remove the infuser and enjoy while relaxing in the bath (be careful not to fall asleep).
