Magnesium sulfate (epsom salt), maris sal (sea salt), sodium chloride (Himalayan salt), dried herb and flower blend: curcuma longa (turmeric root), zingiber officinale (ginger root), witch hazel (witch hazel leaf), chamomilla recutita (chamomile), ribes nigrum (blackcurrant), salix alba (white willow bark) and salvia officinalis (sage) leaf.
Instructions for use |
In a bath filled with cold water and ice, add the tea bag. Manipulate the tea to bring out its benefits.
Let it steep for 10 to 15 minutes to feel the benefits.
At the end of the bath, dry the tea bag for next use with half of the included Refill Salt for 2 more baths.
Reusable tea for 3 baths.
